Cancellation & Refund Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the advance arrangements required in Nepal, we have the following cancellation terms:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total retreat cost is required to secure your space.

All payment should be completed by 1st October 2025. Cancellation after 15th October 2025: No refund will be possible.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (subject to approval). In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments (including deposit) will be provided.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against any unexpected changes, flight delays, or emergencies.
